CAN I RETURN MY ORDER TO STORE?
  • No, unfortunately they cannot be returned to either stores, they will need to be return to our warehouse address which is the following: The Hip Store
    Returns Department
    11B Dallimore Road
    Wythenshawe
    Manchester
    M23 9NX

  • HOW SHOULD I SEND IT?
    • We recommend you post any returns to us using a carrier who can give you a 'Certificate of Posting' as, until the parcel reaches us, it's your responsibility. Please note we are unable to to refund any postage charges for sending items back to us.

  • CAN I RETURN AN INSTORE PURCHASE TO THE WAREHOUSE?
    • No, items bought in either of our stores must be taken back to store for an exchange or credit note, a refund will not be given instore or by returning them to our warehouse. All instore purchases which are sent to the warehouse will be sent back.

  • HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY ORDER BEFORE RETURNING
    • You have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return your order, please retun your goods to us within 14 days of cancellation.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
    • Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back.

      Please allow a further week for a refund to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

      We'll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)

  • FAULTY RETURNS
    • Any product that has been purchased online and has become faulty must be returned to our warehouse: The Hip Store Returns Department, 11B Dallimore Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M23 9NX

      Any product that has been purchased in one of our stores and has become faulty must be returned to the store from where the item was originally bought.

  • YOU'VE SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS
    • We're only human and on rare occassions mistakes can happen. If it's happened to you we're very sorry and we'll do our best to get the right items to you as soon as possible.

  • THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY
    • If you think the item your received is faulty get in touch with info@thehipstore.co.uk and we'll see what we can do about it.

  • ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
    • Certain products we sell may have a slightly different returns policy but we'll let you know about this in the product description.

      Underwear can be tried on but please do so over your own underwear if you're thinking of returning. If this doesn't appear to have been done we won't accept them back.
